What is it?

Brand strategy defines rules and guidelines on how to communicate your brand message.

Brand strategy is essential as it clarifies the competitive landscape, market position and customer expectations of your product. 

We start by learning about your company and products, what makes your business unique, your strengths and weaknesses, competition, target audience, and opportunities.

What do we typically cover in the workshop?

We can break a typical strategy workshop into 3 distinct sections, Brand Core, Brand Positioning, and Brand Persona.

Brand Core

This section will creates the foundation of your brand, giving clarity about what your brand stand for and by sharing this with consumers. It encapsulates the following:

  • Brand purpose (why you exist)
  • Brand vision (what you aim to achieve)
  • Brand values (what you stand for)

Brand Positioning

Brand positioning refers to the distinct and strategic space a brand occupies in the minds of its target audience, differentiating itself from competitors. It defines a brand’s unique value proposition, key attributes, and its relevance to consumer needs.

  • Target audience (target customers of your product or business)
  • Competitors (businesses and companies that do similar things to you)
  • Brand awareness channels (which channels you will primarily market on)

Brand Persona

A brand persona refers to the human-like personality and characteristics that a brand embodies. It encompasses the brand’s values, tone of voice, visual identity, and behaviour, creating a relatable and consistent identity that resonates with your target audience.

  • Brand personality (a set of human characteristics attributed to a brand)
  • Brand voice (your tone of voice and how you “speak” to your customers)
  • Tagline (a phrase that provides clarity on your mission, purpose, or culture)


What do I get out of the workshop?

Upon completion of the workshop, we’ll take a grasp of all the information provided to us by you during the workshop session(s). You’ll get a document summarising the findings which will help you when it comes to creating a branding identity.

How much will this cost?

We offer this as either a standalone service or together as part of our branding identity service. A simple, basic brand strategy workshop standalone starts at $500 and may increase as the complexity increases.
